In the past week, I've watched Something Borrowed about 20 times. I think this movie has great actors and has a great story plot. However, this movie really makes you think about the bonds of friendship. In this movie, two best friends end up breaking the bonds of friendship as one of them is dishonest and starts sleeping with her friends fiance. To me, that is something horrible. Personally, I would never do something like that to a friend; I would hope my friends would never do something like that to me. This movie makes these friends seem inseparable and closer than ever. Clearly, they weren't too great of friends in the first place.
So to all of those who get the pleasure to enjoy this movie, think to yourselves that if you are able to do something so terrible like sleep with their fiance or just break your friends heart, that you need to step back and reconsider if you are a good friend. Or think about if the people you call your friends would be able to do this to you. This would make the world a better place if people could just stop backstabbing. Do they pass the test?
