My Condo Renovation

As many of you who know me personally, in 2011 I bought a condo and pretty much changed the whole design elements myself.  I had a blast and put lots of blood, sweat and tears into that place.  I replaced all of the floors, trim, doors, paint, staircase, backsplash, crown molding, granite and closet organizers.  All renovations were done my by father and I except the granite. Granite is from BAGM (Bay Area Granite and Marble) in Green Bay.

I put the condo up for sale in 2013 when I moved into a house with my sweet boyfriend...it was an offer I couldn't resist. :)

Here are some of the before pictures:

Here are some pictures of what it looked like before the condo sold:

  1. You did great with the renovation, Mel! Your old place looks more homey now, and seems a lot lighter than before. Didn’t you miss living in here after you put it up for sale? Anyway, I'm sure whoever bought your condo loved the place as much as you did. Good day!
